When it comes to intuition, I think what's most important is to understand that nobody has more psychic abilities than the other, it's just that you haven't remembered yet, the power that's always been inside of you. It's most helpful to create a daily ritual of some kind that exercises your intuition that feels like play to your inner child. Make it something small/quick and try to turn it into a game so that it's more likely, not only that you do it daily but you enjoy it. For example, my Mom had a screensaver on her Apple watch, of butterflies that would change every time she looked at it. So, we thought it could be a fun way to practice her intuition by guessing the color of the next butterfly whenever she checked the time.

Most importantly, be playful and have fun with it. Allow yourself to get it wrong as many times as you need to and always catch yourself when being critical, as allowing mistakes means allowing growth. As we navigate through the ups and downs of life, it's important to remember that divine energy resides within all things. So, it's safe to trust that nothing is happening for the sake of anyone's suffering/punishment. Empower yourself by believing all of life's tribulations are for our soul's growth. When we hold onto limiting beliefs of victimizing ourselves or others, that's exactly what creates resistance towards our ascension and maintains the blockages of our divine abilities. The more and more we're able to raise our vibration, the more high vibrational gifts and downloads we're able to receive through our chakras because we are then vibrating at the same frequency.

Everything is energy, including our souls. Transformation must first be focused on internally before it can outwardly manifest because we are beings of consciousness. By embracing our feminine energy and unifying it with our masculine energy, we can tap into a sense of intuition, creativity and resilience that can help us overcome any obstacle and manifest our deepest desires. Because it begins with consciousness, we must first allow ourselves to believe the impossible and the miraculous, to break through victimized realities and create an empowered one. It's the beliefs that we are not worthy, that fuel the beliefs that we or life is not capable

of attaining/maintaining our deepest desires.

Allow yourself the freedom to believe infinitely, to be lead by your heart and let go with trust that it will always be replaced with your highest good. This creates an unstoppable mindset that takes you from surviving to thriving. It is simple, not easy. Once you cultivate a consistent embodiment of this inner security, your psychic gifts and abilities will come so much easier than you expected was even possible. It is through this remembering of your true power coming from within, that creates this safe and empowering space that aligns with the high vibrational energy you're seeking, when wanting to psychically connect. As long as you're consistent and compassionate...your efforts will pay off...even if you're not, your efforts no matter how small make a difference, it just may be a slower journey but then again sometimes that's what we need at the time.

I wanted to create this site, to mirror that safe space for those that truly resonate with these messages. The design of my website is inspired by goddess energy, with a color scheme of purple, blues, white and gold that evoke feelings of peace, wisdom and abundance. We believe that by surrounding ourselves with colors, symbols, etc. that resonate with our heart, we can connect more deeply with our own inner goddess and cultivate a sense of balance and harmony in our lives. We encourage you to do this in your life as what you surround yourself with can help to raise or lower your daily and overall vibration.

We believing focusing on nurturing your daily emotional wellbeing elevates your frequency therefore making it key to what you're able to psychically channel or not. The more open and empty your chakras are, the more room you've created for higher dimensional divine energy to be channeled through your chakras. This is why I speak so much of de-programming and re-wiring our brains to release all limiting belief systems and alchemize them to empowering ones. When you master this step, it'll be easier to see the fruits of your labor/practice. So, we encourage you to do inner shadow work through journaling or meditation and then have fun with an intuitive exercise/game.
